Until now Jerry has done this in events exclusively for few select long-term clients globally.

Now, for the 1st time since 2024, he is performing public acts in comedy clubs, hotels, restaurants, lounges and private events and also opening the act to perform for all organisations. Jerry with The Entertainment Factory, who manage his stand-up comic shows, promise you FULL PAISA VASOOL (VALUE FOR MONEY) or ONLY PAISA RETURN GAARANTEE (GHANTI Nahi GAARANTEE only for paisa not the big bucks). So BEHENO AUR BHAI LOG Ready for the BIG laughs, mirth and intelligent comedy? Aaja Hans Le! Hanso India, Hanso! Jerry has created a unique genre of inspirational, intellectual, insightful comedy.

“When I grow up, I wanna become George Carlin” has been a thought Jerry nurtured from his early 20s. Carlin Jerry's biggest inspiration in the stand-up comic space), used comedy to share his thoughts, insights, and ideas for action with humor and satire for social, political, and cultural change. Carlin was not just a comedian but a philosopher, reformer, and change champion who shared wisdom humorously to tackle difficult and taboo topics that impacted humanity negatively. Jerry’s team, management agency The Entertainment Factory, and he decided to create a unique genre of Inspirational, Intellectual, and Insightful comedy, which is interactive and tackles social, political, and cultural issues plaguing our world.

As a professional Leadership Coach, Mentor, Management/OD consultant, Inspirational Orator/Storyteller, and Corporate Trainer, Jerry has used humor to tackle difficult leadership learning concepts in his talks, training workshops, and books. Over the past 15 years, Jerry has performed MANAGEMENT related stand-up comic acts as given below, where he roasts managers about their unconscious behaviors as BOSSES, which may create toxicity in the workplace. The act has managers and their team members guffawing, cackling, and rolling together, with laughter. In 2025, launched his stand-up comedy acts in live public events with guidance from his comedy management agency The Entertainment Factory and their founders Khushi & Mubin Tisekar.

Jerry has regaled audiences with his soulful singing and uses Karaoke, music, dance, humour, entertaining learning methods, games and activities in his leadership, teambuilding, sales and other training programs. Seen in the pic is Jerry singing with an employee band of a MNC at their annual event.

Here are some tried & tested stand-up comic acts:

  1. Don’t SQUEEZE LEMONs, they are HUMANS! *
  2. Leadership as per books that is never practiced at the workplace! *
  3. Multipliers based on the management book titled Multipliers by Liz Wiseman! *
  4. Jerry-Go-Round! * (Extempore crowd room act or roast).
  5. OMFG (unpacking myths and fairy tales in religions).
  6. A BANANA Republic of MANGO People who love APPLE Products.
  7. Rand(Y)omness (Discussing random and philosophical topics with humour like George Carlin)

* Only 1-4 of the 7 acts are for corporate acts and the other 3 are public acts.

  1. Don’t squeeze lemons, they are humans (1.5 to 3 hours)* – This is the first and only of its kind interactive management related stand-up act which ROASTS the BOSSES who are tormenting the MASSES and covers some light-hearted management practices under themes like The Monkey In a L'Oréal Salon, how results matter, people don’t and people need to be squeezed like lemons to juice em out and get results, how passion is often misinterpreted and misunderstood by people, and why 85% of people HATE their jobs around the world in workplaces that are so-called Great Places to Work. Whether you’re climbing the ladder, hanging from it, or plotting to burn it down, The Lemon Squeezers of Great Places to Work is your comic survival guide to the workplace wilderness — where bosses squeeze, and employees just want to breathe.
  1. Leadership: As Per Books, Not as Practiced! * What do Liz Wiseman, Stephen Covey, Peter Drucker, Stephen Covey, Jim Collins and other management gurus have in common? They wrote brilliant books on leadership that no real-life boss has ever actually read beyond the blurb. In this hilarious & intelligent stand-up comedy act, we dive deep into the absurd gap between what management books preach and what actually happens in boardrooms, Zoom calls, and HR town halls. From The Effective Executive to Leaders Eat Last, we expose how noble concepts like “servant leadership,” humility,” and “purpose-driven teams” are beautifully printed on corporate posters—right next to the fire exit. Expect sarcastic swipes at corporate jargon, PowerPoint spirituality, LinkedIn-wisdom overload, and that one manager who thinks he’s a Level 5 leader because he once said “thank you” in a team email. Whether you’re a burnt-out employee, an aspiring leader, or a CEO who’s still figuring out what ‘emotional intelligence’ actually means, this act will leave you laughing, thinking, and wondering if Drucker and Covey were too polite for the modern workplace. Through a mix of slapstick humour, savage truth bombs, and painfully accurate observations, this act roasts corporate hypocrisy, glorified burnout, and the toxic positivity that masks managerial incompetence. It’s not just funny — it’s therapeutic for every employee who’s ever sat through a 'motivational town-hall' wondering if they were in a cult.
  1. The Multipliers Stand-Up Comedy Act! * In this razor-sharp corporate comedy act, we dive headfirst into the dysfunctional jungle of modern workplaces that proudly call themselves “Great Places to Work” — while secretly running sweatshops in suits. This wild, hilarious stand-up comedy act titled "The Multipliers who actually divide, diminish and destroy” takes aim at the few classic “Diminisher” tendencies from Liz Wiseman’s book Multipliers. Set in the world of corporate chaos, the act roasts micromanaging bosses and well-meaning but soul-draining managers who squeeze every drop of energy from their teams in the name of productivity, strategy, and optimism. From the Ideas Fountain who floods the team with a thousand half-baked visions before breakfast, to the Always On boss who thinks sending emails at 3 AM is a sign of commitment, every character is a painfully familiar parody of real-life managers. We meet the Rescuer, who creates messes just to heroically fix them. The Pacesetter, who runs like it’s the Olympics while the team gasps for air. The Rapid Responder whose emails beat your thoughts, and the Optimist who cheerfully watches Rome burn with a smile. Then there’s the Protector, wrapping you in cotton wool so you never grow, and the Strategist, thinking ten steps ahead while tripping over today. Topping it off: the Perfectionist — turning every presentation into a hostage situation over font size.
  1. Jerry-Go-Round! * - This is a 1.5–3-hour improv and observational crowd work comedy just like Max Amini. In fact, many participants, who have attended the corporate events have told us that Jerry goes beyond and does it better with his tongue-in-cheek and well-timed humour, gestures, storytelling, bad listening pretension with powerful observation and simple facial expressions and body language. Jerry who thinks on his feet and has sharp wit and brilliant acumen to engage audiences, brings the act to life with humour and light-hearted roasting cooked-on-the-spot and works the room by choosing people to engage by gauging their reactions and reading members of the audience. For example, way back with one of his first few stand-up event for a large organisation in Kerala, all the participants who were mostly from Kerala kept saying Kerala is God's own country and after hearing them out. Jerry simply asked them "But where does God go for a Holiday? The place where my roots are. Goa! so while you all feel proud that you are God's own country, God is mostly away partying and having fun with us in Goa". At a recent conference there were some priests who were reacting negatively to people from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and then Jerry called one of the Transgenders on stage and also invited a priest to share their thoughts and debate LGBTQIA rights and as they walked onto the stage he says "Today we will watch the Beauty and the Priest" and had the audience, including the priests laughing their hearts out. With simple one liners, stories and wit, Jerry brings this crowd room act to life.
  1. OMFG - Oh My Freakin God! - Jerry has performed this act in several events organised by INGOs and the UN wherein Jerry does a George Carlin with powerful stories, satires and sarcasm and pokes fun at socio-political indoctrination and makes it insightful and take the edge away from stark truths that he is sharing We do not see the world the way it is, we see the world the way we are #indoctrinated (our paradigms, mental-maps, mindset) with limiting beliefs & unclarified values taught from childhood to shape our mindset & behaviours. What is #indoctrination in simple terms? To teach children/people to fully accept ideas, opinions & beliefs of a community and to not consider other ideas, opinions & beliefs. Teaching people to absolutely accept a set of manmade Blind Beliefs, Stupid Superstitions, Damned Dogmas, Terrible Traditions, Cunning Customs, Corrupted Cultures, Dastardly Discrimination (based on race, caste, gender, colour, creed, religion & Gods people follow), uncritically and without questioning them. Interestingly synonyms of indoctrination include PROPAGANDISM and BRAINWASHING and often refers to religious ideas, that don't let you question or criticize those beliefs.
  1. SoPoCo- A Banana Republic of Mango People who love Apple products – Light-hearted observations about the citizens of the world’s largest and greatest democracy and all democracies in between. SoPoCo is Socio-Political Comedy. “A Banana Republic of Mango People who love Apple Products” is my act where I address issues and light-heartedly roast irrational behaviours of the citizens of India and other Democracies
  1. Rand(Y)omness – Y like this? Find out Y? Find your Y? Really randy and random stuff that is real-world, philosophical, historical, psychological, mythological, and scientific shared with mirth and humour.
