In 2003, Jerry produced the first Public Advocacy or Cause Related Bollywood Movie "Ek Alag Mausam" starring Nandita Das, Anupam Kher and others. This movie was the India's response to the Hollywood hit "Philadelphia" to highlight the issue of a life without dignity for people living with HIV Aids. This movie became a social communication and fundraising initiative and in the initial run raised over 75 lakhs for a NGO that sheltered people living with HIV. Ek Alag Mausam made history in India , was featured in media across the world and won many global film fest awards. It also created the path for cause related movies and several producers then made movies like Phir Milenge, My Brother Nikhil and Taare Zameen Par to address social issue.

For the first time in India Jerry strategised to raise funds through crowd sourcing on the internet and social media. Over 20 million Indian Rupees were raised over the internet. The movie had a stellar cast and created history again. I AM won the national award and also was India's entry in several film fests and global cinema awards. Jerry also produced the JOY OF GIVING music video and is the founding member or the Indian Documentary Foundation that makes highly entertaining documentary films which released in theatres across the globe. Jerry is now planning the Saare Jahan Se Achcha Music Album with videos and merchandise to create awareness about Citizen Duties and how we all need to come together to build a better nation called India
